Once you created a project board, the next step is to assign people to it. To assign members to the board, click the Manage members icon located on the top menu bar.
The member list lets you add or remove members from the board and allows you to set a board access profile to each member.
To add a member to the board, click the +Member link at the bottom of the list and select the member you wish to add to the board:
Then, assign a board access profile to the member by choosing one of 5 available profiles:
A board manager has full access rights to the project board.
A collaborator can manage all lists and cards contained in a board, including adding comments and attaching files to cards.
A contributor can create cards, but can't delete them. He can also add comments and attach files to cards.
A commentator can view the board information, but can also add comments and attach files to cards.
An observer can only view the board information; he cannot create or edit any information contained in the board.
