Users of the PRO and Enterprise editions can take advantage of the project dashboard to monitor the progress of a project either globally by summing the data from all related collaborative boards or one board at a time. In other words, the project dashboard is populated with data set and recorded in the board cards related to the project.

Lets take a look at the project dashboard, one indicator at the time:

The data grid under the project performance indicators displays the progress of the project-related cards broke down by task:

Unlinked card(s)

The first line of the grid displays the statistics for all cards unlinked to any project tasks.

The following lines displays the project tasks linked to cards:

Budget

This amount represents the budget (in hours) allocated to the task (set in the Task tab from the Project screen). Budget values are available only if the budget scope is per task and its type by hours.

A budget value displayed in red indicates that the budget allocated to the task is lower than the estimated time.

Time

These values represent the task actual time compared to the task estimated time.

A value displayed in red indicates that the task actual time (55.00) is higher than the task estimated time (44.00).

Cards

These values represent the number of cards completed (1) (with a set Done date) out of a total of 2 cards related to the task.

Complexity

These values represent the amount of complexity points completed (5) (where a Done date is set) out of a total of 13 potential points for this task.

Checklists

These values represent the number of checklists completed (10) out of a total of 14 checklists related to the task.
