Nutcache users can take advantage of the project dashboard to monitor the progress of a project either globally by summing the data from all related boards, or sprints, or one board/sprint at a time. In other words, the project dashboard is populated with data set and recorded in the board stories or the sprint stories related to the project.

The data grid under the project performance indicators displays the progress of the project-related stories broken down by project item:

Unlinked storie(s)

The first line of the grid displays statistics for stories unlinked to project items.

The following lines provide precious data for each project item linked to stories:

Budget

This amount represents the budget (in hours) allocated to the project item (set in the Project item tab from the Project screen). Budget values are available only if the budget scope is per project item and its type by hours.

A budget value displayed in red indicates that the budget allocated to the project item is lower than the estimated time.

Time

These values represent the project item actual time compared to its estimated time.

A value displayed in red indicates that the project item actual time (55.00) is higher than its estimated time (44.00).

Stories

These values represent the number of stories completed (11) (with a set Done date) out of a total of 14 stories related to the project item.

Complexity

These values represent the amount of complexity points completed (5) (where a Done date is set) out of a total of 13 potential points for this project item.

Checklists/Acceptance tests

These values represent the number of checklists completed (10) out of a total of 14 checklists related to the project item.
