Expenses can be charged to your clients when they are linked to a project. To charge a client for project expenses, simply create your invoice through the “Invoice projects” option under the “Projects” menu.
On the following screen, select a client and then which project(s) you wish to include on your invoice. If you wish, specify a start and end date to only invoice worked hours and expenses for that time range.
Note that you can choose to include only expenses or only worked hours, or both. Choose which information to include and how to display it. When you are done, click the “Create invoice” button.
You will then be able to complete the invoice created with your project hours and expenses.
